Hajiefremidis S.A. was established in 1959 by Mr. Apostolos Hajiefremidis. The company’s initial orientation was to service small coastal vessels around Greek waters.Over time and always within the marine market, the company steadily grew to the point where it provided an increased range of services to a greater range of types and vessel sizes as well as to a greater number of ship owners internationally. Services grew to include: Supply, Bunkering, Manning and assisting the ship/owners in any special needs that may arise.

Increasingly during the 90’s, the company oriented itself toward providing exclusive packages of services for all carriers, such as chartering, crewing, agency, etc.

In 1996, Mr. Apostolos’ son, Elias Hajiefremidis, a graduate in Maritime business at Plymouth University UK, joined the company as head of operations and has since contributed greatly to the company’s growth and expansion in new fields of activity.

Through the course of the years, ethics and reliability were always our company’s policy – values which we proudly uphold today and plan to do so, well into the future.
